I was surprised to see this recipe didn't need any eggs . I used this recipe to make peanut butter cookies. Just added a table spoon of crunchy peanut butter at the end. Followed the instructions word for word (sieved the sugar and flour though- it wasn't instructed to on here but thought it would be best) and they turned out FANTASTIC! Best cookies ever! Thanks!

Definitely one I'm going to try. The great thing is none of my children like peanut butter, so these can all be for me!
