Sorry to read of your stressful week! I recently had my own big DYI store encounter. I broke a drill bit and sought to replace it. The woman at Home Depot said, “There’s nobody here who can help you.” I realize they are busy and I am no professional who is buying massive amounts, but c’mon! I am taking my business else where. Good luck with your return.

The wee gravatar global avatar pictures won’t work everywhere – they need the blog owner to have enabled that option (really easy in wordpress though!).

Also, sympathise on the wasted cookie dough – last time I made some I left it in the wrong house’s fridge and never saw it till it was a bit too icky
