Great stuff! Think my husband would want lasagne then raspberry fool – not much difference. I love brulee – next time I allow myself a weekend treat I’ll definitely give your recipe a try – looks fantastic.

I’d get the blowtorch – you can just think of lots of things that really *need* caramelised sugar on top.

Just keep it away from N ok? The very thought brings me out in a cold sweat!

There is creme brulee left but thays only because the kids got stuck into the pavlova. We’ll be finishing them off tonight though
